Catch up-Bill's 75th Birthday

On Saturday, we celebrated Bill's 75th Birthday. Bill is Mike's grandpa on his dad's side. I didn't realize my camera battery was almost dead when we got the his parents house. I got a few pictures of the boys but that was about it.

Catch up-Beach Trip

The first weekend of June Mike and I took the kids to the beach for 2 nights. We stayed at his Uncle Rick and Aunt Annette's place. Their place in Nahalem Bay. Friday night, we went to a day beach spot. Tabor found 2 sticks and jabbed them in the sand. Nathaniel was running in the water screaming. Tabor got knocked over by a little wave. He didn't enjoy that. At that point we left because he was wet, cold and shaking. Saturday morning Tabor was up bright and early. By bright and early, I mean 5:30 AM. We ate breakfast and were at the beach by 9. We drove to Seaside and went to the aquarium. Nathaniel feed the seals. I don't think that Tabor was a fan of them. After that we went to play on the sand. It was a cloudy windy day with no rain. Mike tried to fly a kite. Nathaniel ran in and out of the water screaming and Tabor threw sand. We went back to Nahalem Bay to eat lunch and take naps. Then we drove to Bar View Jetty to look at tide pools. Mike and Nathaniel climbed all over the rocks. Tabor stood in shallow water, stomping his feet and picking up handfuls of wet sand to scream and throw. After being there for a few hours we went back to Nahalem bay to get the kids dry clothes then out to dinner. We ate at Mo's. Then we went home and the kids went to bed. Sunday morning the Tabor was up still bright but a little less early(6 AM). We got breakfast and then cleaned up the place, packed the car and drove to Tillamook. We decided to take the kids to the Tillamook Cheese Factory. I hadn't been in maybe 15 years. Nathaniel it was great. From what I remember it was the same. We did bring home a bag of "squeaky cheese". Which was gone in 1 day. We were home by 1 PM. We all ended up take 4 hour naps. We all had a good time.

This is the sign Nathaniel put up on his bedroom door Sunday afternoon. Nathaniel made it all by himself. The "no D" means "no droids". He has to play with his Lego's in his room with the door shut or else Tabor will get them. When Tabor gets them, they get destroyed.
